An international mobility specialist joins August & Debouzy

August & Debouzy is pleased to announce the arrival of Cyril Klajer as of counsel. Cyril Klajer specialises in individual taxation and international mobility and will lead the firm’s multidisciplinary team (tax law, employment law, Social Security law) dedicated to supporting companies with their staff and executive transfers.
The international mobility of staff is now a strategic issue in a complex and competitive global economy. To meet companies’ growing needs for advice in this area, August & Debouzy is strengthening its multidisciplinary team to handle all aspects of international transfers: employment law, welfare protection and taxation in France and abroad.
A trained tax specialist, Cyril Klajer will be in charge of leading this team and managing the projects of the firm’s clients. He will be able to rely on August & Debouzy’s expert skills in areas such as individual labour relations, executive status, remuneration and Social Security law.
With a solid experience in international mobility, Cyril Klajer advises and assists the HR departments of French and international companies and groups. His assistance ranges from the implementation of their mobility policies to the preparation of the income and wealth tax returns of employees and directors, including the preparation and tax and Social Security optimisation of the remuneration packages of their impatriates and expatriates, the implementation of international employment contracts and payroll.
