Diversity charter: August & Debouzy’s commitment
Encouraging pluralism and searching for diversity through recruitment and career management processes is a factor of our firm’s progress. This approach contributes to our efficiency and the quality of our social relations. It may have a positive effect on the firm’s image vis-à-vis its clients, service providers and consumers in France and worldwide.
The aim of the diversity charter adopted by our firm is to state our commitment, in France, to cultural, ethnic and social diversity within our organisation.
Under this charter, our commitment is to:
> For our managers and associates involved in our recruitment, training and career management procedures, increase their awareness and train them on the importance of non-discrimination and diversity;
> Respect and promote the principle of non-discrimination in all forms and in all stages of human resource management, including, in particular, during the recruitment, training, development or professional promotion of our associates and staff;
> Endeavour to reflect the diversity of French society, and particularly its cultural and ethnic diversity, in our workforce, at all qualification levels;
> Communicate to all associates and staff our commitment to non-discrimination and diversity and inform them about the practical results of this commitment;
> Make the preparation and enforcement of the diversity policy a subject matter for dialogue with staff representatives.
