August & Debouzy offers a wide range of services and experience in the field of Public-Finance Initiatives in France and in MENA countries, and we assist our clients (national or foreign entities, constructors, utility companies, local and government authorities) with the structuring, financing and completion of these new projects.

By working closely with the other multidisciplinary teams in the firm, August & Debouzy assists with drafting invitations to tender or preparing the bids in PFI procedures, creating legal and tax structures, defining the contractual framework for the financing of the transaction and spreading the legal and financial risks, and drafting and negotiating the contractual documentation relating to the project (PFI agreements, public service delegation agreements, concession agreements or public works contracts).

August & Debouzy also advises on pre-contractual litigation regarding public procurement rules and on disputes during project performance.
