Our litigation work is a major aspect of August & Debouzy’s practice. In addition to our six  groups, which each handle any specific litigation arising in their practice area (labour and employment disputes, government and regulatory, tax, intellectual property, bankruptcy, etc.), August & Debouzy has in its Commercial and Corporate Groups a team specialised in business litigation. The importance and increasing technicality of this discipline which generates voluminous and complex disputes, has prompted us to set up a multidisciplinary team capable of acting in all aspects of business litigation. Our specific skills are recognised by a number of universities, the Ecole de Formations de Barreaux (EFB – French Bar School) and the Ordre des avocats (French law society) with which our team work regularly. Our experience is also imparted to our clients at the numerous training sessions organised by the firm and which are always an opportunity for informative discussion helping us to better understand and anticipate our clients’ needs.
