We regularly assist our clients with setting up their distribution network.
Our work entails drafting and negotiating exclusive or selective distribution agreements, commercial agency agreements, intermediary agreements, general terms and conditions of sale or bespoke agreements. For such work, the rules of competition law may also apply, so these are naturally taken into consideration also.
We also assist our clients with implementing legislative changes in this area. We have helped many clients bring their operations into compliance with the Chatel Act and the Act for the Modernisation of the Economy which have brought about substantial reforms in this area.
