Collective employment relationships
Collective bargaining, trade union representation, the working and ambit of staff representation bodies, working time (overtime, Sunday work, etc.) are some of the issues which successive legislative reforms have made particularly complex, and which need to be carefully mastered by companies, whatever their size or business sector.
August & Debouzy assists its clients with all matters relating to collective employment relationships, and we aim to offer them both the technical tools and pragmatic solutions particularly to optimise the organisation of labour and employment and develop dialogue between the company and its workforce.
We also advise companies on bargaining and drafting all types of collective agreements: agreements for the organisation of working time, time savings accounts, agreements for the management planning of jobs and skills, charters for dialogue within the company and diversity, use of computer resources by staff representatives, setting up intra-group or inter-company (UES) staff representation bodies (group committee, company dialogue body).
August & Debouzy also acts for employer organisations in matters concerning collective, industry-wide bargaining.
