August & Debouzy assists many clients with analysing and implementing optional profit-sharing schemes for their companies’ employees.
We assist our clients with drafting or analysing the various incentive schemes available under French or foreign law or agreements (stock-options, free allotment of shares, Restricted Stock Units, phantom shares, and so forth). We examine their compliance with French legal and tax rules and adapt them to domestic standards if necessary, so that they are eligible for a lighter tax and Social Security regime.
We assist companies with validating the tax and Social Security implications of various schemes, both from the point of view of the beneficiaries as well as the granting companies. We help them perform any formalities relating to such schemes and setting up intra-group re-invoicing procedures.
