We advise our French and foreign clients in connection with restructurings (mergers, sale of business, etc.), due diligence (identifying/handling high risks) and more specific work such as implementing management tools and optimisation proposals.

We also advise them during very specific local tax procedures.

On a daily basis we validate the amount of taxable bases, whether for property subject to land tax (completion of necessary formalities with the land registry) or for facilities or other personal property. Regarding the business tax (taxe professionnelle) in particular, we validate the calculation of the company’s added value and advise our clients so that they can best anticipate the impact on the amount of contributions.

Given the current context of an overhaul of the business tax, we keep our clients informed as and when the Government’s project progresses.
