Fabienne Haas has joined August & Debouzy as Partner in the labour law department in April 1998.

Fabienne Haas has developed a strong practice in individual and collective French Labor Law, including in the negotiation of employment agreements and settlements for high-level executives for French and foreign clients. She also advises French subsidiaries of foreign based clients for their day-to-day labour law issues. 

Fabienne Haas has surrounded herself with a bilingual team which gives the firm an international capability, working extensively with multinational groups.

She worked as an associate at Shearman & Sterling in the New York office in the international litigation and arbitration department and returned to the Paris office in 1988.  She joined Sullivan & Cromwell in Paris in 1992, and Salès Vincent & Associés from 1994 until 1998.
