François Pochart joined August & Debouzy in 2011 after having previously worked as a patent attorney for over 15 years.

He and Grégoire Desrousseaux lead a team of lawyers with engineering qualifications and who specialise in patents.

François Pochart acts for French and foreign clients in connection with their patent-related issues. He advises on and assists with oppositions before the European Patent Office or litigation before the French courts.

François Pochart advises particularly on regulatory issues and matters related to supplementary protection certificates (SPCs) for drugs or phytosanitary products.
