Frédéric Sueur worked as an independent lawyer with Paul Lombard, a reputed member of the Paris Bar, before joining August & Debouzy in October 2000.

Frédéric is Of Counsel in August & Debouzy’s Corporate Group. He works on civil and criminal litigation and advises a wide range of corporations and corporate officers in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings.

He also acts in a number of corporate practice areas, namely mergers & acquisitions, and general business transactions, real-estate law, white-collar crime and liability of corporate officers, which has given him excellent insight into how corporations work.
