Hélène Margotin was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2000 and is Of Counsel in August & Debouzy’s Labour & Employment department.  She joined the firm in 1998 as a trainee lawyer and became an associate two years later.
She advises French companies and subsidiaries of major foreign groups on handling all aspects of individual and collective labour relations.  She also assists many clients with the employment aspects of acquisitions, transfers and restructurings.  Hélène has developed specific expertise in the status and management of managing executives and high-risk individual litigation.
