Kami Haeri joined August & Debouzy in 2000 after practicing during three years in a high profile litigation boutique in Paris. He co-chairs the litigation practice of the Commercial group. Kami Haeri advises French and foreign clients on matters involving commercial and corporate dispute, product liability, as well as intellectual property issues and white collar crime. He has especially developed an expertise on litigation for the aerospace industry, the tobacco industry and the medias.
In 1998, Kami Haeri has been elected as one of the 12 “Secrétaires de la Conférence” of the Paris Bar, after an intensive moot contest involving 130 candidates. For more than 200 years, the “Secrétaires de la Conférence” of the Paris Bar have been appointed in pro bono criminal matters and been exposed to the most high profile criminal matters of the Paris Bar (from misdemeanours to felony).

Kami Haeri is the chairman of the “Business Litigation Committee” of the Paris Bar (Continuous Legal Education). He also teaches “Litigation Strategies and Tactics” at the Paris Bar School, “Criminal Procedure” at University of Cergy and “Civil and Criminal Procedures” at Paris-Nanterre University.
