Kamal Nasrollah joined August & Debouzy in 2003.
He is a partner in the Corporate practice group.
Kamal Nasrollah advises French and international clients on matters involving mergers and acquisitions, stock market regulation and financing agreements.
He also developed a strong network in the MENA zone which led August & Debouzy to open on May 10, 2007 an office in Casablanca. The aim is to provide clients of the firm with a closer assistance for their projects in Morocco and North Africa.
Kamal Nasrollah splits his time between the Paris and Casablanca offices.
