Marie-Hélène Bensadoun qualified as an attorney in Paris in 1990 & in Madrid in 1991. After 8 years spent in Paris with two major international firms, Marie-Hélène Bensadoun joined August & Debouzy in 1999.

She is a partner in the firm’s labour law department and specializes in all aspects of French employment and social security matters. She advises a wide range of French and foreign clients in France in these areas, and particularly in the areas of restructuring and collective negotiation.
