Pierre Descheemaeker was admitted to practice initially in 1973 as a Conseil Juridique in France and was later admitted to the Paris Bar in 1984.

He is a partner in the Corporate practice group. He is active in mergers and acquisitions, in particular with respect to acquisitions and financing of real estate. He also advises his clients on international business transactions, cross border mergers and acquisitions investments and international joint ventures. His practice also covers environment as well as oil, gas, mining and energy.
