Pierre Descheemaeker began his career as a legal adviser before being admitted to the Paris Bar in 1984. He works in the firm’s Corporate group, advising French and international companies on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and real estate transactions. Pierre has solid expertise in banking and financial law, as well as in environmental law. He assists clients with their international transactions and with the exploration and production of oil and gas deposits and with mining operations.
