Philippe Lorentz is a partner in the Tax and Finance Department.  He joined August & Debouzy in September 2005.

Over the past ten years, has assisted French and foreign groups with the implementation and optimization of their investments.  He is an M&A specialist and advises major investments funds on acquisitions and restructuring operations.  He also assists many companies during their negotiations with the French tax authorities.

After having worked in the tax departments of CEA and the Areva Group, Philippe Lorentz joined Coopers & Lybrand (which became Landwell in 1999) in 1996, where he became partner of the High Tech/Telecoms Group in 2002.
