Valéry Denoix de Saint Marc is a partner at August Debouzy. With our corporate practice, he advises clients on M&A, joint-ventures, real estate transactions, and financing agreements.
Valéry is also a leading international arbitration expert, acting both as counsel and arbitrator in alternative dispute resolution proceedings. He co-heads the team overseeing relations with our international partners network. Valery joined August Debouzy in 1998.
