August & Debouzy strengthens its Litigation & Arbitration and Labour Law departments in September 2010 with the arrival of Carine Dupeyron and Pierre Warin, of Counsels.
Carine Dupeyron, aged 36, is a member of the Paris and New York bars and a graduate of the University of Columbia (New York) and EM Lyon. She also holds a Master 1 in Business Law from the University of Paris-II.
Carine advises and acts for French and international clients, particularly in the banking and manufacturing sectors, and specialises in pre-litigation and litigation before the courts and arbitral tribunals, alternative dispute resolution, settlement negotiations and the enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards in France and abroad.
Carine Dupeyron began her career in 2000 and has worked as an attorney in Paris, Singapore and New York in English and American structures.
Pierre Warin, aged 38, is a member of the Paris Bar and a graduate of HEC. He holds two Masters 1 in Labour Law and Business Law from the University of Paris-II.
He advises and acts for French and international clients in a wide range of industries and specialises in the drafting, modification and termination of employment contracts, labour relations, the negotiation of collective agreements and remunerations.
Pierre Warin began his career in 1995 in human resources management, particularly at the RATP, the Alcan group and Microsoft France, before joining the Ifop Group where he was the Legal and Human Resources Director for seven years.
