Alexandre Dumortier joined August Debouzy in 2018.

He advises French and foreign companies established in France on all employment and labour law issues.

Alexandre has particular experience in advising French subsidiaries of foreign companies, both in their day-to-day management of employment relations and in the implementation of specific projects (reorganizations, collective redundancies, etc.).

He regularly advises companies on employment and labour law aspects of M&A transactions
