## Biography

Amélie Tripet, who joined August Debouzy in 2018, has a multidisciplinary practice spanning media, crisis management, copyright, art, and litigation.

She advises French and international companies and represents them in criminal, civil, and commercial proceedings, particularly in complex and sensitive media-related matters. Drawing on her litigation expertise and keen understanding of reputational considerations, she quickly assesses potential risks, anticipates evidentiary needs, and develops strategies aligned with each client’s business objectives.

In crisis situations, Amélie works closely with her clients’ communications advisors to ensure a consistent approach across legal strategy, communications, and reputation management.

She also advises clients on copyright, advertising and influencer marketing law, as well as complex art market matters.
