## Biography

Antonia Raccat joined August Debouzy in 2023 as a Partner within the Real Estate and Construction team.

With more than twenty-five years of experience in the real estate sector, she advises, both in France and internationally, international funds, insurance companies, and asset managers on their complex real estate investment projects and their financing, covering all types of assets.

Antonia has worked in Rome, Milan, and Paris, particularly within Anglo-Saxon law firms. She has recognized expertise in cross-border deals as well as in loan work out, where she assists, alongside the restructuring team, clients facing financial distress.
