He advises on commercial contracts, distribution and consumer law, and commercial litigation. He advises French and international corporate groups on structuring and managing their B2B and B2C commercial relationships and mitigating the associated legal risks. His practice covers complex commercial agreements, distribution networks, supplier-distributor relationships, commercial negotiations, restrictive trade practices, payment terms, invoicing, logistics penalties, promotional practices, advertising, labeling, packaging, and, more broadly, compliance with the rules governing commercial practices. Aurélien advises clients throughout the lifecycle of their commercial relationships, from developing contractual strategies and negotiating and performing agreements to managing risks, handling regulatory inspections by the French competition and consumer protection authorities (DGCCRF/DDPP), pre-litigation matters, and proceedings before the commercial courts.
