## Biography

Benjamin Fontani provides advisory and litigation support to French and international clients on issues related to new technologies, with a particular focus on information technologies, disruptive technologies, and innovative projects.

Before joining August Debouzy in January 2025, Benjamin gained extensive experience both in France and internationally, working at leading law firms where he developed particular expertise in fintech players, crypto-assets, and artificial intelligence.
