## Biography

Catherine Le Manchec is a partner in August Debouzy’s Employment and Social Security Law team. She joined the firm in 2002, having previously worked at Joël Muguet Poulennec and Jacques Barthélémy & Associés.

With more than twenty years’ experience, she has extensive expertise in managing sensitive projects, including the implementation of workforce strategies in connection with restructurings, site closures, asset sales and changes of contractors under public procurement contracts.

Catherine also advises on insolvency proceedings, assisting corporate groups with the winding down of certain business operations and the management of relationships with financially distressed subcontractors.

She advises major French and international industrial and banking groups, as well as companies in the printing and research sectors.
