He was admitted to the Paris Bar and then joined August Debouzy in 2020, after completing several internships with a law firm specializing in public business law and with the French Conseil Constitutionnel. Charles graduated from the French business school HEC Paris and also holds a Master’s degree in Public and Regulatory Disputes from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
