She also assists and represents companies in IT and IP-related litigation (such as disputes over IT project failures and copyright infringement). Charlotte is also active in art market law, providing advice on a wide range of matters, including negotiations related to the acquisition of artworks by the French State, as well as handling litigation cases such as the seizure of alleged forgeries and disputes involving key art market stakeholders.
