## Biography

Chloé Niedergang joined August Debouzy in 2024. She previously worked as a consultant specializing in data protection and cybersecurity at a leading digital strategy consultancy firm.

She also gained experience in a legal department focused on IT and data privacy in the luxury sector, and in top U.S. and Anglo-Saxon law firms known for their IT practice.

Building on this experience, Chloé now advises French and international clients on all aspects of technology law, with a particular focus on IT contracts, data protection, and intellectual property.

She also assists clients with IT and commercial disputes, helping them develop effective defense strategies.
