## Biography

Clément Quernin joined August Debouzy’s Restructuring team in 2019.

He assists companies in preventing and addressing economic challenges and resolving their disputes, and also advises buyers on acquisitions of distressed businesses, drawing on his strong expertise in restructurings, preventive and insolvency proceedings, distressed M&A, and business litigation.  
 He is recognized for his ability to manage both negotiations and disputes, delivering pragmatic, timely, and client-focused solutions while effectively handling complex technical and strategic challenges.

Prior to joining August Debouzy, Clément worked at Blowin and played a key role in setting up Fidal’s Business Restructuring and Turnaround department.
