## Biography

Diane Reboursier advises French and foreign companies operating in France on all labor and employment law issues.

She has specific experience in advising French subsidiaries of foreign companies, both in connection with their day-to-day management of labor relations and the implementation of specific projects (reorganizations, employment protection plans, collective termination of employment contracts by mutual consent, transfers, etc.). She also regularly represents companies in litigation matters.
