Elina Alfarmini joined August Debouzy in December 2024.

Her practice mainly focuses on corporate law, mergers & acquisitions and private equity.

Elina holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) and a DJCE (Corporate Lawyer Degree) from the Aix-Marseille Institute of Business Law. She began her legal career at a leading French law firm, where she gained nearly two years of experience.
