Elise Fusz was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2022 and joined the Labor and Employment Law team of August Debouzy in March 2025. She provides advisory and litigation support to French and international companies on matters related to employment law.

With nearly 10 years of in-house experience, notably within a leading construction group, Elise brings a strong operational perspective to her practice.
