## Biography

Ergen Ege advises sponsors, funds, public entities, and lenders in connection with project structuring, development, construction, and operation as well as M&A transactions and joint ventures. He has developed expertise in emerging markets, including in Africa in the energy, infrastructure, and telecommunications industries.

Ergen started his career with Herbert Smith Freehills in the Energy & Infrastructure team (2011-2017). He then worked for Dentons (2018-2020), and finally joined August Debouzy in January 2021 as a counsel.
