## Biography

Éric Manca is a partner in August Debouzy’s Employment and Social Security Law team. He joined the firm in 2001, having previously worked at Khatchikian, a law firm specializing in employment law.

He advises companies and their management teams on preventing, managing and resolving their most sensitive employment matters. His practice focuses primarily on employment litigation, particularly complex individual claims, employment-related criminal proceedings and issues involving the criminal liability of corporate officers.

Éric has also developed particular expertise in psychosocial risks. He advises clients on the prevention and management of work-related stress, psychological distress and harassment, as well as on issues relating to religious expression in the workplace.
