## Biography

Fabien Chaput joined August Debouzy’s Corporate team in 2026.

His practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, including disposals, acquisitions, and capital restructurings for institutional and industrial clients as well as investment funds, across all sectors.

Fabien also advises investment funds and start-ups on private equity transactions and governance matters.
