## Biography

Fabienne Haas joined August Debouzy as a partner in the Employment and Social Security Law team in 1998.

She advises multinational employers on cross-border labor and employment matters. Her work in transactional matters focuses in particular on the HR aspects of M&A and outsourcing transactions. More broadly, her practice covers collective labor relations, including negotiations with works councils and trade unions and disputes arising in this context, as well as group reorganizations and restructurings involving collective redundancies. It also encompasses harassment, discrimination, and whistleblowing matters, including related litigation.

In addition, Fabienne has extensive experience assisting clients based outside France with the full range of day-to-day labor and employment issues.

As co-head of the firm’s International Relations team, Fabienne oversees relationships with its global network of leading law firms.
