## Biography

Flore Mahieu joined August Debouzy in 2019 where she advises and represents both French and international clients in litigation and pre-litigation proceedings before commercial, civil, and criminal courts.

Her practice focuses primarily on matters involving commercial law, contract law and corporate law.

Admitted to the New York Bar in 2018 and to the Paris Bar in 2019, Flore gained valuable experience through multiple internships in the litigation departments of British and American law firms in Paris prior to joining our firm.
