## Biography

François Richard joined August Debouzy in 2018. Prior to being admitted to the Paris Bar, he gained valuable experience as a financial analyst in leverage finance at Société Générale in New York as part of a Volontariat en Entreprise (VIE) program.

His practice focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and real estate.
