## Biography

Houda Benabdelkader joined August Debouzy’s Corporate team as an associate in September 2026.

She advises French and international clients on corporate law matters and M&A transactions. She also assists clients with the development of projects, particularly in the energy and infrastructure sectors, and has experience in international arbitration.  
 After completing several internships with international law firms in Paris, including Hogan Lovells, Bird & Bird and Baker McKenzie, Houda pursued further studies at New York University School of Law.

Before joining August Debouzy, she worked in Baker McKenzie’s Casablanca office, where she focused primarily on project development, particularly in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Houda is admitted to the Paris and New York Bars. Drawing on her international background, she advises clients in French, English and Arabic.
