## Biography

Jean-Damien Boulanger advises on a broad range of corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities law, capital market transactions, the governance of both listed and unlisted companies, and more generally corporate law issues.

In 2010, he was admitted to the Paris Bar and started his career as an associate before advancing to a counsel position at a prominent French law firm. He joined August Debouzy in 2023.

He is a member of the Association des Avocats en Droit Boursier (ADB) (Association of Securities Law Lawyers).
