Jennifer Hinge joined August Debouzy as a partner in 2025.

Specializing in Corporate Finance, she advises French and international clients, including borrowers, lenders, and mezzanine or unitranche debt funds.

She is highly regarded for her expertise in managing complex financing, refinancing, restructuring and capital structure transactions.

With more than 20 years of experience at prestigious international law firms such as Ashurst, Allen & Overy, and Weil Gotshal & Manges, followed by her role at NH Law, a firm she co-founded in 2008 - now a leading corporate finance boutique - Jennifer brings her recognized expertise to August Debouzy, offering our clients innovative solutions tailored to their strategic financial challenges.
