## Biography

Jérôme Thérond joined August Debouzy in 1999, shortly after being admitted to the Paris Bar.

He first served as a Senior Associate before becoming Counsel in the Corporate/M&A team, where he advises on corporate and M&A matters, as well as on company law and the law governing associations.

Jérôme assists French and international companies and groups with all aspects of company and corporate law, structuring, restructuring, and governance across a wide range of industries, as well as various types of associations.
