## Biography

Joël Fernandez was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2016 and joined August Debouzy in 2025.

He advises French companies as well as foreign businesses based in France on all labor law issues. His focus is on providing advisory and litigation support to our clients on issues relating to both individual and collective labor relations.

Before joining our firm, Joël spent over five years at a leading US law firm, practicing as a lawyer.
