A partner in August Debouzy’s Corporate team since 2012, Julien Aucomte specializes in mergers and acquisitions and private equity.

He advises corporate clients and financial investors across a broad range of sectors, including aerospace and defense, telecommunications, luxury goods, publishing and media.  
 His internationally focused practice primarily involves cross-border transactions.  
 He also has experience in complex corporate restructuring and carve-out transactions.

Julien is recognized as a leading M&A lawyer in France by the main legal directories, whose rankings are based on feedback from clients, market commentators and observers, and peers.
