Juliette Vachet joined August Debouzy’s Corporate team in 2021.

Juliette is mainly involved in mergers and acquisitions, handling divestitures, acquisitions, and capital restructuring for institutional and industrial players as well as investment funds, across all industries.

She also assists investment funds and startups with private equity transactions.

Juliette is a member of August Debouzy’s CSR Committee.
