## Biography

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2022, Klervi Simon advises French and international clients in the healthcare and life sciences sector.

She assists clients in both advisory and litigation matters relating to regulatory, contractual and compliance issues, particularly in connection with healthcare products, other regulated products, health data and artificial intelligence.

Her background includes experience with leading French and international law firms, as well as within the legal departments of pharmaceutical companies, including Ipsen. This experience has given her an operational perspective on the challenges faced by stakeholders in the sector.

Graduated in Health Law and Business Law, Klervi has developed in-depth expertise in pharmaceutical law.
