## Biography

Malvina Dahan is an associate in August Debouzy’s Real Estate practice. Before joining August Debouzy in 2021, she worked for five years in renowned English and US law firms.

Malvina provides advice and assistance in all areas of real estate law, with a special focus on real estate transactions (sales and acquisitions of property assets), commercial leases or forward leases (acting for both landlords and tenants), construction contracts and asset management.

She advises both French and foreign clients, including funds, investors, asset managers and banks.

Her expertise also includes regular advice on real estate pre-contentious matters.
