## Biography

Marie Edelstenne advises and represents French and foreign clients in litigation and pre-litigation proceedings before criminal, civil and commercial jurisdictions, at all stages (summary proceedings, proceedings on the merits, appeal, Cassation and criminal investigation).

Her practice ranges from media law to commercial litigation.

As a member of the New York Bar since 2019 and the Paris Bar since 2021, Marie joined our Litigation Arbitration White-Collar Crime team as an associate in 2021.
