A member of the Paris and Madrid Bars, she also leads and coordinates the firm's Spanish & Lusophone Desk. Marie-Hélène Bensadoun is actively involved in supporting various professional and social initiatives and causes. She initiated the creation of the AvoSial trade union, where she served as a member of the Board of Directors until April 2025 and as Vice-President from 2016 to 2022. She is currently a member of its Scientific Council. She sits on the boards of the French organizations Toutes à l'École and Langage de Femmes. She is a founder and a member of the Strategic Committee of Le Siècle des femmes, where she served as Secretary General until April 2025. She is a member of the Executive Committee of the Fondation pour la Comédie-Française (Cercle Galilée). She also served on the Social Committee of the Fondation pour le Logement des Défavorisés until 2018.
