## Biography

Mehdi Abdelouahab provides advisory and litigation support on insolvency law and business restructuring issues.

He regularly advises debtors, shareholders, buyers, and creditors in a variety of business areas, in connection with both preventive and insolvency proceedings. He also advises corporate managers facing liability actions.

Before joining August Debouzy’s Corporate team, Mehdi worked as an associate in several international law firms.
